President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Daser David as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI).

In a statement on Tuesday, Ajuri Ngelale, the presidential spokesperson, described David as an “academic and industry expert with a deep understanding of digital technologies and educational leadership.”

Ngelale said Tinubu appointed Reuben Oshomah as the executive director of marketing for Nigerian Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT) and Adama Kure as the executive director of finance and administration.

He said Oshomah has extensive experience in communications satellite marketing and strategic business development, adding that Kure is a “seasoned finance professional in financial management and corporate governance”.

“The President expects the newly appointed officers to bring their wealth of experience and expertise to bear in driving the strategic vision for these institutions,” the statement reads.
